Vanishing golden eagles and a plea to keep Highland Council rangers

The RSPB reports on the 8th golden eagle to disappear in the Monadliath in the last 5 years and four national conservation bodies put their plea to the Highland Council to continue to safeguard the Highland natural environment and to maintain the invaluable council ranger service.
